Dosages based on 10ppm:
Children 0-2 years old: 2 drops in mouth. If the child is very sick, use your own discrepancy, but it is recommended to not give more than 15 drops at one time after initial dosage.
3-5 years old: 4 drops in mouth or in liquid
6-8 years old: 8 drops in mouth or put in liquid hold 2 minutes swallow
9-12 years old: 1/4 little teaspoon directly in mouth hold in mouth 2-4 minutes, then swallow
13- adult: 1/2 little teaspoon directly in mouth hold in mouth 2-4 minutes then swallow.
You can Take the above dosages as a preventative once a week.
If you begin to feel sick take the dosage every 8 hours.
Once sick after taking normal dosage once. (If there are no side effects see below)you can increase dosage 2-6 times and take as often as every 6 hours
If you have cold or flu you can put a drop in each nostril and inhale as bacteria and viruses often most multiply in sinus cavity.
If you have problems in lungs you can use an atomizer and inhale 1-6 times every 2-6 hours depending on how severe the infection in lungs
For ear infection put 4 drops in infected ear 2-4 times a day
You can also put directly on wounds to sanitize and accelerate healing.For large wounds best to spray on wound and on bandage

After brushing teeth put 1 teaspoon in mouth and swish around entire mouth. For cavity swoosh near the cavity for 5 minutes. Then spit out, do not swallow as there will be many contaminants from mouth ant teeth
